Swift Appraisals is owned and operated by Tom and Toni Castor who have been in the real estate profession for over 20 years. Tom has been an appraiser for over 12 years and is a STATE CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER. Toni is their office manager. Recently they have made an addition to their team. Keith Hodges joined their team and is a STATE CERTIFIED GENERAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER. Keith has been an appraiser for 16 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the SWIFT APPRAISALS TEAM

Our Company was opened in 2001 and our primary goal is to give SWIFT turn around time of 5 days or less on Residential Appraisals.
We consistently meet or exceed that goal. You will also find shorter turn around times on our commercial appraisals than found from most other appraisal companies.
